Our executive coaching program prioritizes movement toward wholeness in your developmental journey.
This 6-month coaching commitment is for the leader who wants additional support for their leadership role and to create a clear path for maximum impact in their organization. The investment includes 12x 1-hour coaching sessions and 6-month access to your coach via email for those questions that you want to add to the next session or receive immediate resources on.
Through our coaching program, a leader and coach will collaborate in strategic creation of a plan for your most immediate steps, complete a leadership assessment aimed at expanding your language for how you lead others, and a path for the next 6-months, focusing in on how to integrate both your personal and professional life for maximum impact in your leadership.
Your leadership coach functions as support and accountability in your goals as you focus on showing up as the leader of your team, like a career mentor you’ve always wanted, giving you plenty of guidance in continued learning for you to pursue outside of our sessions. Plus, you have access to your coach via email for the full 6-months—picture it like having a Chief Learning Officer on speed dial.
