Action-oriented Approach— using Leader Cards to guide the leadership behaviors you will have throughout the day (conversations with coworkers, meetings with clients, etc) so that this tool is a guide and offers tangible morning/evening reflection to reframe your leadership habits with a growth mindset.
Focus— each day you will pull one leader intention (trait, value, or characteristic) so that you create opportunity to practice across a multitude of areas over the course of the month for your leadership.
Cognitive Shift— take on a leadership mindset as the card challenges you to move from, “A leader is…” to “I am…” language with each day’s intention.
Planning— research shows that setting a plan for how you will respond in specific scenarios is directly tied to your follow through. In using Leader Cards daily, you are setting intention implementation for how you will respond to situations with that value today.
