What started as a group of leaders meeting over coffee and identifying ways to better integrate personal and professional identities became a way for leader development to be accessible— we encourage daily development + learning, and leaning into your network for greater leadership impact. We live for growth and change through developmental conversations and work with leaders across industries because in our interconnected world, empowering good leaders must be every organization’s priority.
Our associates are 1/3 educator, 2 parts consultant, and 30% coach.
We have expertise in whole leader development and experience leading in business, higher education, spiritual formation, community development, and athletics, with a focus on strategic leadership and an affinity for design thinking approaches to innovation and the belief that change is good.
At the end of the day, every leader from the intern to the CEO has capacity for learning and development that can radically impact the organization and we come alongside values-driven people and teams looking to level up their leadership.
